The Journey to Angel Yeast

On February 12th-13th, 2023, Mr. Alan, the chairman of Goalong Liquor Group visited the headquarters of Angel Yeast Co., Ltd.

Angel Yeast was founded in 1986, it originated from the China National Yeast Research Center. Angel Yeast Co., Ltd was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2000. As one of the leading companies in the worldwide yeast industry, Angel Yeast committed to the mission of developing yeast biotechnology and innovate for healthy life.

In order to deepen the cooperation relationship, both sides started to prepare for the visit after the resumption of the Spring Festival. on February of 12th, Mr. Alan led a seven-member team of Production, R&D and Quality Management to Angel Yest for research and exchange.

Visiting Angle

ANGEL & GOALONG

Led by the relevant person in charge of Angel, Chairman Alan and his team members visited Angel Biological Research Institute, testing platform (CNAS), information management system, Yeast Science and Technology Museum and Angel Biotechnology Industrial Park, and learned in detail about the development and entrepreneurial history of Angel as a national brand and the production process of various yeast products.

Views Exchange

Based on the development status and trend of whisky industry, the two sides had a cordial exchange talk and exchanged views on the development status and trend of domestic whisky industry. Alan expressed his approval of the innovative spirit of Angel Yeast’s R&D and application of yeast technology during the meeting, and looked forward to further deepening cooperation between the two sides.
